Our Staff

Our team is made up of dedicated, caring and knowledgeable individuals who truly enjoy working with children. We are committed to providing the best possible care and education every child in our program.

Angela Patterson
Began with us in 2020. She is our preschool teacher. She got her AA in Early Childhood Education and currently working on receiving her bachelor's.

Karrah Ramseur 
Miss Karrah started in 2016. She has an AA in Early Childhood Education.  Miss Karrah works with infants as well as preschoolers.

Tracy Alexander
Miss Tracy has been with FCEC since it opened its doors in 1999.  She attended Mitchell Comm. College.  She is currently working with the youngest of our children.

Narya Smyre
Miss Narya is the newest member of our family.  She is currently attending Mitch Comm. College and is studying Early Childhood education. Miss Narya is our floater.

Tina Templeton
Ms. Templeton is our dietician.  She has been preparing delicious meals for us since 2019.

Unequea Raye

NC Pre Kindergarten Teacher: She started with FCEC in 2019.  Received her BA in phycology from Johnson C. Smith University then her teaching license East Carolina University.

Cathy Gaither

NC Pre K teacher. Miss Gaither has been with FCEC since 2001. She received her associates in Early Childhood Education from Mitchell Community College.

Tracy Rucker

Tracy Rucker is our toddler teacher. She began working for FCEC in 2014. She received her BA in Early Childhood education in 2019.
